stress


Do you know what the mean by stress? What causes stress? Whatever can make you tense, angry, resentful, confused, accident, injury, or death of loved ones.
Penelian in the UK showed that most of its citizens sick due to stress in their work. believe it or not, there is also stress that makes people feel happy. The climbers seemed to enjoy physical challenge they face. The higher a challenge, the more attractive an adventure for him.so not all stress is painful, and even stress can also be a pleasure.
Maybe a little stress for us. You must be wondering why I said so. In my opinion, if we are a yag job we dislike, we often find that we were able to reach the target that was set previously. If we can finished, we certainly feel better.
Resolve the problem, we have to prevent saturation. Actually many person intentionally creates a mild stress in her life. It was their sense of make to avoid boredom from routine. However, if too much stress can damage the health, and life be chaotic. The contributing factor is the way we deal with existing pressures. Maybe some of us are facing pressure depends on the character, health or disability things own.what can affect what we do to finished a problem or a difficulty.
